PCI Compliance
Respondez proactively protects consumer account data by providing a secure environment to process, store, or transmit credit card information. We are certified and compliant with the global Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards (DSS).
The PCI DSS is a multi-faceted security standard created to secure and protect consumer credit card and personal data by defining requirements for security management, procedures, policies, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures.
ISO 27001
Respondez is ISO 27001 certified and maintains information security procedures to protect data – its storage, retrieval and transmission – from both internal and external threats.
An ISO 27001 compliance certificate provides assurance that the Respondez management system for information security is in place to protect data confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Visa Registry of Service Providers
Respondez is a Visa AIS (Account Information Security) registered service provider and on the Visa Registry of Service Providers (VRSP).
The Registry of Service Providers (Registry) is a listing of service providers that provide payment related services to Visa clients and merchants. This Registry serves as a source of reference for Visa clients and merchants when selecting service providers for outsourcing payment related services and ensures a service provider is fully compliant with PCI DSS via an onsite review by a QSA.
